Thank you for supporting my small business! I take pride in creating high-quality products and custom commissions, and I want you to have the best experience possible. Please read the details below regarding returns, refunds, and fulfillment.

Damaged Items
Because I am a small creator, I am unfortunately unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. I will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Print-on-Demand Orders
Some items are made using print-on-demand services. These items may take longer to fulfill, but this approach helps reduce waste by only producing items as they are ordered. Benefits of this process include:

  • Minimizing overproduction and environmental impact

  • Ensuring each item is made fresh and customized for you

  • Allowing for a wider range of designs without excess inventory

Commissions & Custom Work
Each commission comes with a clear contract that outlines what we’ll create together. You get two rounds of revisions included—this ensures that you are happy with the direction and final result. Once a commission is completed and approved, it is considered final, as custom work cannot be returned or refunded. Additional revisions will be billed at $80/hour.

Processing Time & Communication
I strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Print-on-demand items and commissions have longer fulfillment times, but I will keep you updated every step of the way.
