About the artist
Hello! I’m Zoryana (they/them) — I’m an interdisciplinary artist, tattoo apprentice, and the creator behind House of Mess and Magic, living and creating in Odàwàng (Ottawa) on unceded Anishinabe Algonquin territory.
My work is shaped by my experiences as a Ukrainian-Canadian, queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent human, and by a deep love of folklore, ecology, community, and playfulness. Come for the mess. Stay for the magic.
Let’s make something magical!
Your ideas, my craft, a one-of-a-kind creation made just for you!
Personal:
From portraits and custom gifts to home signage and one-of-a-kind personal pieces, everything I make is crafted with love, humour, and your story at the heart. Whether you want something tender or totally quirky, I’m so excited to bring your idea to life!
For community groups:
From bold illustrations and event posters to custom signage and merch, I love helping community groups turn their ideas, values, and collective weirdness into something tangible. Let’s make something colourful, meaningful, and unmistakably yours — because the best things are better when we make them together.
