Shipping Policy

Print-on-Demand Products
Some items are fulfilled using print-on-demand partners. This helps reduce waste, ensures each item is made fresh for you, and allows for more design variety.

• Whenever possible, orders are fulfilled and shipped from within Canada.

• If an item isn’t available here, it may be produced and shipped from the U.S., which can result in additional shipping fees or customs charges.

• Print-on-demand items may take longer to produce before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Custom Commissions
Custom commissions can be:

• Picked up in Ottawa (no shipping cost), or

• Shipped via tracked Canada Post parcel.
  The customer is responsible for shipping costs for mailed artwork. All commissions are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

General Shipping Notes

• Tracking information will be provided when your order ships (where applicable).

• Processing and delivery times may vary based on item type, production method, and location.

• If multiple items are ordered together, they may arrive separately depending on where each product is produced.
